The Move Dance Academy Competition Team is an award-winning program designed for dancers who demonstrate exceptional technique, artistry, performance quality, and a strong sense of dedication and discipline. We are proud to be recognized as 2026 6x National Grand Champions and 14x National Champions—a testament to the passion and excellence our dancers bring to the stage.

Our mission is to develop not only skilled dancers, but also well-rounded individuals. Through this program, dancers learn the value of commitment, perseverance, time management, goal setting, and teamwork.

In addition to building these life skills, team members gain confidence, earn recognition for their growth, and enjoy expanded performance opportunities. They become part of a vibrant network of competitive and pre-professional dancers, create lifelong friendships, and make unforgettable memories—all within a supportive, family-like studio environment.

Season XI Auditions

• August 14, 2026 at Move Dance Academy

• Ages 4–6: 4:00–5:00 PM | Ages 6+: 5:00–7:00 PM

• A signed competition team contract (DocuSign), completed audition form (step 2), and $200 audition fee/season deposit are required at check-in. Payment must be made by cash or check only.

• Audition Attire: All-black, form-fitting dancewear with tan jazz shoes or half soles. Hair must be styled in a slicked low bun with a middle part.
